Butter Cake

Simple but fluffy and tasty cake!

Needed:
1 cup of butter, softened
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
1 regular sized egg slightly beaten

Mix items and place dough in a greased and floured round cake pan. Bake at 375 for 30 mins or until cooked and fork comes out clean. Serve warm with your favorite fresh fruit topping
